How to make flowchart in PowerPoint | Productivity

PowerPoint allows you to insert flowcharts on slides. The visual feature uses the SmartArt tool to organize workflows and create schemes for organizing ideas in presentations. Step 1. Open a document and access the "Insert" tab to view the options for PowerPoint visual elements;

Step 2. Select the "SmartArt" option to view the options offered by the resource;

Step 3. Rest the mouse pointer on the "Process" option and choose one of the flowchart graphs that appear on the screen;

Step 4. The graph will be added to the selected slide. At that moment, a sidebar will present options that allow you to add more frames, remove them or rearrange the flow organization. The screen also has options to change the name of the tables and the text of each flowchart;

Step 5. You can enter different information in each frame from the sidebar. The software automatically changes the font size so that the content fits the graphics;

Step 6. The flowchart can be customized by the options in the drop-down menu on the screen. To change the tone of the frames, select "Change Colors";

Step 7. Select one of the shades presented so that it is used in the flowchart you created;

Step 8. Rest the mouse pointer over the sample graphs and select the arrow icon shown in the image below. Then, if you want to change the design, choose another flowchart.
