Kevin Systrom, Instagram CEO, said on Wednesday that the Android app is on its way.
If you've never heard of Instagram, this app is very popular on iOS, reaching 50 million users, and allows users to interact and chat on a social network of photos.
Systrom told CNET that the company currently has two developers working on an Android application, but did not say when the project will be completed.
The executive also explained the choice for the iPhone in the first place:
?The screen and the camera on the iPhone 4 were decisive. It was very disruptive, ?said Systrom. "Someone had to come and take advantage of this disruption."
