According to Eric Schmidt, chairman of Google's board of directors, the Mountain View giant plans to launch its own Nexus tablet within six months.
In an interview with the Italian newspaper Carriere Della Sera, Schmidt revealed that the company's tablet has a differential when compared to current Android devices.
"In the next six months, we intend to market a high-quality tablet," said the executive, who avoided giving details about the company's future plans.
Regarding the legal battles between Samsung and Apple, the former CEO believes that the issue can be classified essentially as an integral part of the business world and its competition.
