Apple has just released the iOS 11.3.1 (build 15E302) for all compatible iPad and iPhones / iPod touch users.
According to the release notes, one of the main focuses of this update is to correct that problem reported two weeks ago, about iOS 11.3 being disabling iPhones 8 screens replaced by unauthorized technical assistance.
IOS 11.3.1 improves the security of the iPhone or iPad and resolves an issue where touch input was unresponsive on some iPhone8 devices for using non-original replacement screens.
Note: non-original replacement screens may compromise visual quality and may not function properly. Apple-certified screen repairs are performed by trusted experts who use original Apple parts.
The new version is now available for installation by both iTunes and OTA (over-the-air), going General Software Update Settings on iOS, but those who prefer can download the respective IPSW file manually through the links below:

Taking the iOS 11.3.1 tram, Apple also made available today for macOS High Sierra users to Security Update 2018-001 It is recommended for everyone and is available for download from the Mac App Store.
The details of fixes are in this Apple support article. With that, the current build of macOS 10.13.4 is now 17E202.
