Cngulo is an app that promotes self-knowledge "guided therapy" and was chosen by Google as the best 2019 app for Android in Brazil. The tool, which is also available for iPhone (iOS), uses videos, tranquilizers and motivational texts to relieve stress, anxiety and insecurity. The user must make daily self-assessment sessions developed for each profile in order to advance in mental health care.

Step 1. Open the Angle and slide the welcome screen until you find the login page. Then, fill in your details and complete in "Create new account";

Step 2. The application starts a self-assessment test. To fill in, touch the dots that represent your personality in relation to the proposed qualities. At the end, tap "Finalize self-assessment";

Step 3. You will visualize your level of emotional well-being. Touch "Make free first session" to start therapy;

Step 4. At the top of the screen, you will see the days when you performed sessions in the app. Tap a session to open its content;

Step 5. Tap on the option "Listen" to start an audio with the session of the day;

Step 7. In the "Diary" tab, you can record how your emotional experience was that day, writing down what you did well, badly and what you learned in the period;

Step 8. Touch the "SOS" tab if you are feeling uncomfortable with a situation. Choose your state of mind at the moment and visualize some relaxation sessions specific to the situation.
