Step 4. Enter the approximate duration of your menstrual cycle and blood flow. Use the right and left arrows to increase or decrease the values. Step 6. Maia will show you the calendar with the current day set. The app adopts the following caption: days in red are the days of menstruation; the blues correspond to the non-fertile period; the yellow ones indicate some possibility of fertility; and green days are the days of the fertile period, with great chances of fertilization.
