The new Microsoft Edge Chromium has been officially launched and is now available for download for Windows and macOS. The new version is not automatically updated by the Microsoft system. Therefore, users need to perform the update manually through the installer available through the official browser page. The software is compatible with Windows 7, 8, 8.1. Installing on Windows 10, however, will automatically replace the original version of Edge for Chromium editing.
