It doesn't matter: the years can pass and the gadgets get better and better, but it's hard to forget those who made us fall in love with technology, like the iPod classic. And what is the best way to remember a device that marked a generation? With another who is also making his mark: the Apple Watch.
This is exactly what the designer Joyce Kang and the C.The Design Lab conceived during the elaboration of "Pod Case", a cover concept for the Apple Watch Series 4, shared on Behance, that definitely causes some nostalgia.
Basically, Kang envisioned a silicone case in which you could fit the Apple Watch. The side cutouts of the space for the Digital Crown, the side button and the watch's speakers, plus an opening in the back to allow the device to be recharged.
Unfortunately, the four wheel-shaped boats (the famous Click Wheel) are only static and do not work, although it would be interesting to see an integration between the gadget and the case by Bluetooth, for example if this concept is taken forward.
