Google today announced the integration of a new feature in Google Translate for Android that aims to make the conversation between two different languages ??easier.
The company explains that the new option has an experimental character and that it only works in conversations involving English and Spanish, so it highlights the novelty only as a preview.
?In conversation mode, just press the microphone for your language and start speaking. Google Translate will translate your speech and read your translation partner's translation out loud. You can then respond in your language, and you will hear the spoken translation, ?explains Awaneesh Verma, Product Manager.
"Because it is a technology that is still in alpha, factors like regional accents, background noise or fast speech can make it difficult to understand what you are saying" mentions Google.
