With a few days to go before the Worldwide Developers Conference 2018, Apple has just updated the official event app to version 7.0.
In addition to a new icon and changes in the interface (following the current standards seen, for example, in the Music and iOS 11 App Store), there is a new organization of videos, sessions and labs by topics; quick access to favorites, downloaded videos, sessions and labs; new resources, documentation, sample codes and related content; and listing of sessions, labs and related videos.
The indispensable app for ~ 5,000 developers who will participate in loco WWDC, but also of enormous value to all who have not had the opportunity to be there personally. Apple makes a lot, much content from the conference available through this app.
WWDC18 will take place from June 4th to 8th, starting with the opening keynote filled with news with full coverage of MacMagazine, clear!

The unofficial macOS app, created by the Brazilian developer Guilherme Rambo, has also been updated.
What's new in version 6.0 of WWDC for macOS include syncing favorites and video progress between multiple computers (still in beta), related sessions (when watching a specific session, the app shows related ones), session links (some special events and labs require you to book a time , the links are just for that), integration with the Control Center (the reproduction in the application will now be displayed in the ?Reproducing? widget in the Notification Center) and control of reproduction by Bluetooth headphones.
In addition, the app now has support for the Touch Bar (the player now shows its controls on the Touch Bar so that you can easily control playback anywhere on the app without the mouse / trackpad), it is integrated with the Calendar (if you see a session on the calendar you want to participate in, just click on the calendar button in the details of the session and an event will be added to your Calendar), it has improvements in restoring the state (you can leave the app without worrying about losing everything, including searches and filters) and improved support for Chromecast.
