AliExpress allows you to track your order directly on the e-commerce platform. The shipping information is available as soon as the product is packed, and is updated at each stage, until the item arrives in Brazil. The tip applies to any time of the year and has special appeal at the time of Black Friday.

Step 1. Access the AliExpress website and log in with your username and password;

Step 2. Already logged into AliExpress, access the option "Ol, (your name)" in the upper right corner to open your account menu. Select "My orders";

Step 3. Locate the product you want to track and check the "Track order" button on the right;

Step 4. In shipping information, you will be able to see the summary of your order status. In this example, the order already has a tracking number, but has not yet left the country of origin;

Step 5. Use the tracking number to view order details directly at the delivery company. Most of the time, the AliExpress seller sends the link to the customer via message. To access it, access "Message Center" in the top options bar;

Step 6. Open the message corresponding to the purchase you want to track;

Step 7. With the message open, look for the message that informs you about the dispatch of your item. Copy the link that contains the shipping information, as described by the seller. If you do not know English, you can select automatic translation for Portuguese at the top of the message;

Step 8. Paste the URL into your browser's address bar and enter it. In this case, the delivery is being made by Cainiao, Alibaba's own delivery company. The product appears as packaged to be picked up, without having left the place of origin.
