How to update Google Play Services and download to your phone
Step 1. Access the phone's settings and tap "Applications";

Step 2. Then, search for "Google Play Services" in the list and press the puzzle icon;

Step 3. Tap on the icon in the upper right corner and uninstall the updates from Google Play Services by pressing "OK";

Step 4. Then, tap on "Storage" and then select "Clear Cache" to download Google Play Services;

Step 5. At this point, Google Play Services has been removed from the mobile phone. To update Google Play Services, go to a Google application, such as YouTube, to receive the message "Google Play Services has stopped working";

Step 6. A message will automatically appear on the screen asking the user to update Google Play Services. Touch "Update";

Step 7. The system will direct you to the Play Store. Press "Update" to download Google Play Services.

On some devices, you can download the update from Google Play Services directly to the Play Store. After clearing the cache, restart your phone and go to Settings> Applications> Activate. Then just go to the Play Store and download the update.
