In partnership with operators Claro and China Mobile, two of the largest mobile phone operators in the world, Dell announced plans to expand its territories by joining the smartphone merchant with the Dell Mini 3.
The partnership with operators, which together have 542 million users, reflects Dell's continued expansion in mobile internet products and services through value-added partnerships with leading mobile operators.

With an Android platform, 622MHz processor, 256MB of RAM and storage of up to 32GB, the Mini 3 is a fast, thin and impressive machine. The 3.5-inch, high definition and Multi-Touch screen allows you to watch movies and videos with unparalleled experience.
The Mini 3 also has synchronization with Exchange and POP3 accounts, an application for Facebook and Twitter, in addition to having a 3 MP camera with flash and autofocus and a photo and video editor.
