FreeOffice is an open code suite, with features and a visual similar to that of Office 365. The tool is a good option for those who want the experience of using different software at no cost. The package is free and can be used for private and business purposes. It offers text applications, spreadsheets and presentations with many tools that allow you to achieve professional results.

OpenOffice, in addition to standard text, spreadsheet and presentation applications, brings the powerful Base. With constant updates and an engaged community, LibreOffice is on track to become one of Microsoft Office's biggest competitors. The project, which started in the 1980s, was supported by several institutions, such as the University of So Paulo, the University of Campinas and the University of Santa Catarina. With an open source license, the program is free and available in different languages.

The suite has applications of text, table, drawings, database and graphics. The layout is very different from the Microsoft program, but the features compete on equal terms. The package also has two applications for Android phones: a viewer and a print application, but can be installed on a thumb drive to be used on any computer.

Google Drive is a Google cloud storage service that gives users 15 GB free. The application allows you to use text platforms like Docs to create and edit files online. Spreadsheets and presentations can also be created using the Sheets and Slides programs. The suite is easy to use, complete and does not need to be installed. Only with e-mail is it possible to create, edit and manage the files.

One of the positives of the software is the possibility of sharing the file with several people, so that everyone can work and edit the same document. Google still records all changes made to the file.
