- The text editor is one of the most basic and most important tools of all. Also known as Word, the program allows you to produce any text material, such as letters, academic and student papers, crafts and books. In addition, there are resources to change the dimensions of the sheet, create designs or include footnotes, among others. It is even possible to write and make diagrams of monographs and books with the help of the tool.
- Spreadsheet editing tools tend to have a certain complexity, as they can be used for various purposes. Excel allows you to create spreadsheets for data organization, insertion in databases, accounting use, among others. The software's great differential is its number of commands, allowing calculations, such as addition, subtraction or multiplication, through codes.
- For presentations at work, school or college, PowerPoint is a great option to make the explanation more dynamic. It is possible to include videos, music and make presentations with animations and bold visuals that help to keep the audience attentive.
- More robust Office packages also have database programs, such as Access. For anyone dealing with a large amount of information, especially in spreadsheets, it can be a great option for organizing files, invoices, or other data. The tool also helps to compare and even send this information.
