Last Wednesday, Apple made iOS 12.1.1, macOS Mojave 10.14.2 and tvOS 12.1.1 available to all users. A day later, watchOS 5.1.2 with ECG was released.
As of today, we are already back to testing future updates. Apple has just released for developers the first beta versions of iOS 12.1.2 (build 16D5024a), from macOS Mojave 10.14.3 (18D21c), from watchOS 5.1.3 (16S5523a) and the tvOS 12.1.2 (16K5524a).
Most likely, these updates will only serve for general improvements and bug fixes, but if we discover any visible news, we will notify everyone here on the site.
As testing is starting now, it is very likely that these new versions of the operating systems will only be released to the general public after the turn of the year.

Members of the Apple Beta Software Program can now test the first public builds of iOS 12.1.2, macOS Mojave 10.14.3 and tvOS 12.1.2. Remembering that watchOS is not part of the program.
