It is worth remembering that the resource does not dispense periodic consultations with the physician to assess health and know the physical activities recommended for each need. The procedure was performed on a Moto E4 with Android 7.1.1 Nougat, but the tips also apply to users of the Apple system.

Step 1. Install the Exercises at Home app on the TechTudo. When opening for the first time, tap "Set a goal" to set your training goal. Choose how many days in the week you want to train and the first day of your week. That done, go to "Save";

Step 2. On the main application screen, choose the training to be performed. Then, select your fitness level for the app to set the training intensity;

Step 3. Tap "Start" at the bottom of the screen. You will see a preview of the exercises of the chosen workout. If you want to change the order, tap on the left tab and drag up or down. Then, click "Start" again to start the training;

Step 4. Now just perform the exercises indicated by the application. Timed activities are automatic. However, in exercises that require repetition, touch the blue button indicated to proceed;

Step 5. Back to the main application screen, open the menu and tap "Reminder". From there, you can change the daily reminder to exercise, which by default triggers a notification at 8pm. If you want to add new warnings, press "+";

Step 6. Open "Report", in the application menu, to follow its evolution. In "Histrico", see the days of the week you trained. Tap "More" to access the full calendar;

Step 7. To register the weight, use the "+" button on the right of "Weight". Over time, the application assembles a graph with the evolution in the objective of reducing measures. Touch "Edit", next to "Height", to define your height and calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI or BMI, in English).
