1. What and how does it work?
Wish is an online shopping service available both in the web version and in apps for Android and iOS mobile devices. The platform sells goods directly from the manufacturer to buyers, without intermediaries, offering attractive prices. Among the product categories offered are accessories, fashion, decoration, electronics, bags and wallets, baby and children, makeup and beauty, shoes, makeup, stationery, among others.
To register at the online store, you must enter user data from Facebook, Google or any other personal email.
According to the company's FAQ, orders are shipped by the seller within one to two days and the delivery period varies depending on the store and the delivery destination. The user will be able to track the order through the Order History, if the merchant has chosen a shipping method that includes the tracking number.
3. How is the freight calculated?
As a global platform, Wish has salespeople and customers all over the world and this prevents it from implementing a fixed delivery fee. For this reason, the cost of freight informed at the time of completion of each purchase, taking into account references such as size, weight and destination of your order.

Simultaneously, the generator of this code also receives a small amount in reais in exchange, for each purchase made by a third party with its combination.
The site also has a benefit system called Daily Login Bonuses, through which a kind of seal is earned each day the platform is accessed. At the end of seven days, the user can claim the premium of up to 50% discount.
6. Is it possible to return a product?
Yes, the user has up to 30 days, from the delivery date, to return a product purchased through the platform. For this, it is necessary to contact the Wish Service Team. The company, however, does not cover return shipping costs and also does not allow exchange of goods.
The refund will be made by the same payment method used and the time to receive it varies depending on the means used.
7. Can I cancel a purchase?
Yes, for a period of up to eight hours after completing the order. Then, simply access the Order History and request a refund, to complete the process and not have any undue charges.
8. Do you wish to charge customs, taxes, VAT or any other extra fees?
Wish itself does not charge any extra fee or tax in addition to the regular delivery fee. The service reminds, however, that this does not exempt the customer from having the goods taxed by the customs or postal service of his country.
