CES 2019: Belkin presents news, including first Lightning / USB-C cable

The news does not stop leaving the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2019 and who's in the spotlight now Belkin. The manufacturer of accessories and peripherals presented some good launches for its line and we are going to take a look at them right now.

New cables

The update of the BOOSTUP cable line has a very interesting distinction: among the models, we have the first cables USB-C for Lightning with MFi certificate after the inclusion of the protocol in Apple's accessories program.

Belkin's home automation brand has gained new products with native compatibility to Apple's HomeKit protocol. These are the new Wemo Light Switches, connected light switches that allow users of iPhones, iPads, HomePods and Apple TVs to control ?traditional? lights in their homes remotely.

The new accessories have an updated design, easier to integrate into any type of decoration, and come in two models, the traditional and the parallel, for $ 40 and $ 50, respectively. They will be available in the summer of the northern hemisphere, therefore from the middle of the year.


Finally, Belkin's subsidiary dedicated to wireless solutions launched the new router MAX-STREAM AC2200, compatible with the Velop repeater system that adds reinforcement points to your home or office Wi-Fi network with the help of a very intuitive app.
