Step 1. Open the phone app, enter the number string "(061) 4004-0001" and add it to your contacts;

Step 2. Then, open WhatsApp and start a new conversation with the BB number. Start by typing "hi" for the virtual assistant to introduce herself. Then, enter the command "recharge single ticket";

Step 3. Your agency and account numbers will be requested. Then, Banco do Brasil will send an SMS to the phone number registered in your account. Enter the code received to confirm your identity and proceed to recharge the card by typing "Single ticket". Finally, enter your transport card number.
