Every Thursday Apple chooses a Movie of the week at the iTunes Store, whose purchase (even in 4K / HDR, depending on the production) R $ 9.90. The title selected this time was ?Manchester Beira-Mar?, with Michelle Williams, Kyle Chandler and Casey Affleck and directed by Kenneth Lonergan.

Here's what Apple says about the movie:
Away from his hometown for years, Lee Chandler (Casey Affleck) must return and face past and current tragedies. After the death of his brother, he is tasked with being the tutor of his teenage nephew (Lucas Hedges), but, haunted by painful memories, hesitates to take responsibility. Affleck delivers a restrained and complex interpretation, supported by Hedges and Michelle Williams, who makes a short but intense participation like Lee's ex-wife. Kenneth Lonergan's family peak unfolds slowly in flashbacks that reveal the full picture of grief and a man's repentance.
As usual, our reader Renato Alan Promenzio (@tripalavra), who is a cardholder, also sent us a personalized comment about the film:
I start this week's review by remembering that we have an Oscar on the table: Casey Affleck performed very well and received the statuette. However, the award was overshadowed and the film's performance at the box office was also due to an accusation of sexual harassment that fell on the actor at the time. Returning to the film: a very good drama, with a complex script and convincing performances. I don't consider it one of the best I've seen, but as a film that deserves to be seen. My highlight goes to the young actor Lucas Hedges, that yes stole the show!
