THE Reuters reported that Apple got rid of a lawsuit in which it was accused of deliberately selling MacBooks with defective logic boards (which were supposed to start failing after about two years of use). William Alsup, judge responsible for the case, said that the plaintiffs failed to prove that "the logic boards were unsuitable for their common purposes or did not have a minimum level of quality".
