Step 1. Install Strava on your phone from the TechTudo page. When opening the app for the first time, you need to sign in to a Facebook or Google account. Another option is to make a free registration. On the app's home screen, tap the "Record" button on the bottom bar to begin control over physical activity;

Step 2. Then choose the activity (running or walking) by tapping the middle cone on the bottom bar. That done, tap "Start" and start the activity. There are other exercise options, such as pedaling and canoeing, for example;

Step 3. During walking or running you can track your statistics on the screen. If you want to see the route on the map, use the button in the lower right corner. When you're done, just tap the stop button in the center of the bottom bar;

Step 4. Go to "Finish" to finish monitoring. If you want, add a title, photos, description and other details. Finally, tap "Save Activity" to register in the app. In this way, the user can evaluate the fitness improvement itself over time.
