Menstrual Tracking App: Here's How to Use Clue | Productivity

Clue is a popular menstruation and fertility app with free versions for Android and iPhone (iOS) phones. The platform offers tools for recording and analyzing the menstrual cycle, which can be helpful for users to avoid or prepare for a pregnancy. Available resources help map period symptoms, prevent and identify headache, PMS, and other common discomforts at this stage. Interested women can share their cycle with contacts on social networks such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. Remember that the tool does not dispense regular monitoring with gynecologist.

When applied as a contraceptive method ie, in order not to get pregnant, the service should be aligned with other procedures, such as the use of condoms in sexual relations. In the tutorial below, the TechTudo teaches you how to use all the main functions of the Cluel app, with similar use in both Apple and Google operating systems.
