THE Microsoft It continues to expand its iOS application and service ecosystem to a greater extent than any effort already made in the now-late Windows Phone. Redmond's giant is enjoying its conference Ignorein Orlando (USA) to launch a version of the brainstorming app Whiteboard Especially for Apple's mobile system.
The Whiteboard described as "a blank canvas where teams can visually create, create and collaborate visually through the cloud." That is, we have a free space where you and your colleagues can let the imagination flow with scribbles, drawings, text, notes, images and other elements that are immediately synchronized by the cloud and displayed to all session participants.
Of course, when it comes to an application launched by a tech giant in 2018, we have high doses of artificial intelligence here. Whiteboard recognizes, for example, text, tables or shapes that you scribble and automatically turns them into editable objects; Drawn elements can be copied, pasted and combined to simplify the process.
As a completely cloud-based tool, everything is automatically saved and scribble versions are saved, so if a colleague of yours erases one of your drawings on the board, it can be easily retrieved by the version history. All changes are automatically reflected on all your devices.
Whiteboard was already available for devices running Windows 10, and now, with the iOS app, Microsoft is also releasing a previous version of the web service for now, available only to business users. It can be used by everyone with a Microsoft account or an Office 365 subscription, and the iOS app can be downloaded for free from the App Store.
