Instagram allows users to share their memories on the platform in new Stories posts. With this day's feature, the photo network offers daily the ability to share previous year's posts with friends, as well as Facebook's eponymous function. This way you can remember important moments and make them available again in the photo network for 24 hours in Stories mode.

The feature is present in the iPhone (iOS) app and Android phones. The shared souvenir gets a link in stories that leads to the original post on the user's profile. Here's how to share your memories on Instagram.

Step 1. Open Instagram and tap the avatar icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. Then touch the clock icon in the upper left corner to access the archived items page;

Step 2. Your memories appear at the bottom of the screen. Tap the "Share" button to have the post sent to the compose screen for a new story. At this point, add stickers and text and press the "Your Story" button to share the memory.
