The SerasaConsumer score is a score used by the entity to measure a user's debt repayment capacity. Banks and credit companies consult this information before releasing loans and credit cards. The higher the grade, the lower the risk of default. This way, credit can be facilitated, even with better interest rates.
The service is offered free of charge by credit protection financial institutions, such as Serasa, and can be consulted by users interested in finding out your grade. In the following tutorial, learn how to check your score in the SerasaConsumer app by phone. The procedure was performed on an iPhone 8 with iOS 12, but the tips also apply to the Android app version.
