Netflix's newest original series is winning a lot of fans for interwebs. If you still don't know which one, I tell you: Stranger Things (something like "Strange Things").
What's behind the success of the series? In addition to being a very well made suspense / horror, creators Matt Duffer and Ross Duffer (the ?Duffer Brothers?) sucked in many aspects of the great hits of the 1980s, such as: ?Count on Me? (Stand by me), ?The Goonies?, ?E.T. "The Extraterrestrial" and all John Hughes movies (remember "Enjoying the Crazy Life"?). Ranging from top-secret government experiments and telecinsy to monsters and supernatural things, the series takes place in 1983 in Hawkins (Indiana, United States), and also has romance, comedy and a strong bond of friendship that unites the protagonists (incidentally). children rock the act).
But you ask, what does this site have to do with such a series? The news that your amazing release was made entirely in a iPad Pro how Apple pencil. The artist Kyle Lambert (whose expertise on the iPad we already published here on MacMagazine) recounted his experience, reporting that Netflix asked him to create a 1980s "face" art, when several posters were hand painted.
Drawing on Draw Struzan (creator of ?Star Wars?, ?Back to the Future?, and other masterpieces) to set the tone of ?eighty? mystery, Lambert used the apps Procreate to create drafts of the art and, to finish it at a higher resolution, he exported the layers to the Adobe Photoshop.
See the result:

The art really turned out to be fantastic and, to Lambert's pride, is even stamped on many outdoors across the US. With that success, I'm sure your creations will appear here more often, huh?
If you subscribe to Netflix, I highly recommend the series and leave you two tasting videos: the subtitled trailer and this amazing backstage video.
