The survey considered the three requirements to point out the winners by state and city. Because of this, your state may offer providers that, on average, are better than those of neighboring states. In addition, the results page allows you to view performance by city searched.
According to the site, the idea of ??the survey is that consumers have more transparency as to who offers the best service in a given region. Therefore, it is also a way to help the user make a better choice when hiring an internet plan.
Despite the overall good performance, Net Virtua has not been a champion in every state. In the Southeast, So Paulo and Minas had the operator winning all the requirements. Already in Rio de Janeiro, for example, the company won the Speed ??category, but was behind in Satisfaction, won by Vivo, and Provider assessment, in which Tim was better. In Esprito Santo, in turn, the company lost to Vivo in Satisfaction.

In Paran, all three categories were won by Copel Telecom, a state-owned energy company that operates only in the southern state. Already in the two neighbors of the region, Net Virtua won in almost all categories. The only defeat was for Vivo, in Satisfaction, in the state of Santa Catarina.
In the Northeast there were also states that repeated what happened in Paran, with local operators standing out. Cear, for example, won Tiangu as Best Provider and Speed. In the satisfaction category, OnLine ended up winning in the state. In Bahia things were different, with Net Virtua triumphing in all three categories, while the state of Pernambuco had Wantel as the big winner.
In the northern states, the domain also belonged to the Net. The operator won the three categories in the Amazon and even two more in Acre. In Par, Vivo and WSP shared the prizes.
