This was certainly very predictable, but the point is: Apple is facing a lawsuit over the epidemic of touchscreen failures on the recently burst iPhones 6 and 6 Plus around the world.
Three US handset owners Thomas Davidson of Pennsylvania, Todd Cleary of California, and Jun Bai of Delaware filed a lawsuit against Ma at the federal court in San Jose, Calif., Accusing the company of fraud and violating state consumer protection laws. They also claim that Apple has neglected the problem:
Apple has long been aware of defective iPhones. Still, the company routinely refused to repair iPhones free of charge when the defect manifested itself.  As a result of Apple's unfair, deceptive and / or fraudulent business practices, iPhone owners, including complainants, have suffered a noticeable loss of money and / or property and / or value. Apple's unfair and misleading trading practices were conducted in a manner that further aggravates the circumstances.
The complaining users do not specify a value to compensate for the damage done, and Apple has not yet commented publicly on the matter.
