Bad news: MacBook Pro SSD with Touch Bar * is not * removable

Another ball out of Apple with the new MacBook Pro. While the model without Touch Bar still has a removable SSD, the * with * Touch Bar, unfortunately, does not.

As users of the forums of the MacRumors, the drive in the new machine fully soldered logic board preventing it from being replaced in the future.

The SSD (which in these new super-fast MBPs, it is said) joins of course RAM, which since 2012 has already soldered logic board in the MBPs.

Briefly: think about the factory setting when (and if) buying an MBP, because what you get is basically what you get for the rest of your Mac's life. SSD options in the current generation range from 256GB to 2TB.
