The new version of Blender (2.63a) has just been released, fixing over 100 bugs. Blender is a free and open tool for creating 3D images and animations.
Version 2.63a, in addition to corrections, implements improvements in integration with BMesh, new sculpting modes, improvements in the motion path of animations, as well as sequencer clip corrections and more.
To install the new Blender 2.63a package on Ubuntu (10.04 at 12.04), open a terminal and follow these commands:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa: cheleb / blender-svnsudo apt-get updates
