Step 1. Install Google Fit on iPhone from the TechTudo page. When you first open the app, log in to your account. At the next screen select "Monitor automatically";

Step 2. Tap "Enable All Categories" and "Allow" in the upper right corner of the screen. Then press "Next";

Step 3. Then set your movement goal and go to "Next". Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the minutes of scheduled physical activities. Do the same for cardio time and tap "Next" a few more times;

Step 4. The Google Fit main screen will show your moving and cardio points, plus the number of steps, calories expended, and distance traveled. Swipe up to access progress charts and tap the category to see details;

Step 5. In the details of the movement and cardio points, you can see your daily, weekly and monthly development. Use the "Moving minutes" and "Cardio points" buttons to quickly switch between the two categories;

Step 6. Use the "+" button to manually add your activities or record your weight. By doing this later, you will be able to track the evolution of your weight on a graph;

Step 7. In the "Daily" tab you can see the log of your activities. Under "Profile", you can configure your profile and access application settings by tapping the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
