Android users can use the Xiaomi Mi Drop app to transfer documents or any type of file over their mobile phone. The tool lets you send and receive more than one file at a time. Note that the platform requires that each device has the application installed.

Step 1. Download Mi Drop on Mobile from TechTudo page. On the app home screen, go to "Submit" to download. In the icon bar, select the desired file type, such as video, photo, music, among others;

Step 2. Select the files to transfer and go to "Upload". Grant the permissions required by the platform to connect to the device in "Set";

Step 3. After enabling the setting, proceed to "Submit". The "Send More" button will appear on the next screen touch it if you want to send more files;

Step 4. To receive a file, go to "Receive" on the home screen and select "Set". Then enable the setting for "Portable Wi-Fi Router";

Step 5. Confirm the sender's device ID number and tap "Accept". To locate the received file, go back home screen and select "Received files". Once that is done, find the cone related to the file type in the top menu and it will be displayed on the screen.
