Annotations app: Learn how to use Moleskine Actions on mobile | Productivity

The Moleskine notebook and notebook brand Actions app lets you make notes on Android and iPhone (iOS) phones. The free platform promises to organize the records in a functional way, to create to-do lists, to plan activities of the day and to mark the items that have already been done. You can also send reminders to notify you of outstanding tasks. The service subscription costs $ 6.50 per month or $ 38.90 per year, but you can try it for free for seven days.

The tool is useful for those interested in scheduling their routine and reconciling appointments, without forgetting anything. Step 1. Download Actions on Mobile from TechTudo page. Open the app and see the activity schedule on the first screen. Tap the "+" icon or the desired date to create a card with a new task. Then write what you want to do;

Step 2. Select the clock cone to determine the date the activity should be performed;

Step 3. Tap the "Choose List" button to associate this activity with some task list;

Step 4. The bell icon responsible for activating an alert on the mobile phone that reminds of the activity. Use the graph to determine the time. Finish creating the task by tapping the "x" or "" in the center menu. The middle icon will display an ad from another Moleskine app;

Step 5. Tap the card to see the details. Then go to the "balloon" icon to make notes about that activity. Finish in "Ready";

Step 6. Select "Delete" to remove the card or "Finish" to mark the activity as done. The card will be removed from pending activities.

Step 7. Go to the moleskine icon to see the "Logbook" with a record of the activities already done. The horizontal stripes icon in the lower left corner of the home page will display the technical settings menu.

To create a to-do list

Step 1. Tap the List icon in the bottom right corner to create a to-do list. Then press the main field to start;

Step 2. Give a name and select a color from the list by tapping the desired ball;

Step 3. You can create a new action for this list in the "+" icon. To navigate between existing lists, tap the column icon in the lower right corner of the screen.
