Canva Presentation: How to Slide Online | Downloads

Canva is an image editing app that runs right from the browser. The tool can be useful for making different online slide shows. The app has a gallery with a multitude of ready-made templates that can be used as inspiration. Once ready, the presentation can be viewed or downloaded to your computer in PDF format.

In the following tutorial, learn how to use Canva to create an online slide show from your PC. Remember, the app runs straight from the browser and you don't have to download or install anything on your computer.

Step 1. Visit the Canva website and log in to your account. To do so, click "Sign In" in the upper right corner of the page. If necessary, create a free registration by clicking on "Register";

Step 2. Now, on the Canva homepage, click on "Presentation". You can also use the search to find slide templates;

Step 3. In the left side column, select the template you want and click on it to edit it;

Step 4. The chosen template will be opened in the editor. Click on the slide you want to edit. To change the text of the template, click on it. The formatting options are located on the panel just above;

Step 5. You can change the color of the figures, background, margins and other elements. To do this, just click on the desired item and choose the color in the upper left corner. right, it is possible to copy, change the position and even the opacity of the object;

Step 6. To add new slides, click "Add New Page" just below the current slide. Then in the left column, click on the template you want to use and drag it to the edit screen;

Step 7. In the upper right corner, you can add notes, move the slide up or down, copy or delete;

Step 8. After making the desired editions, click "Start Slideshow" in the upper right corner of the screen. To download the file, click on the arrow icon and select the file format. If the model you choose has copyright images, there is the option to pay. You can choose to download for free with watermark.
