Qualcomm announced a new chip for wireless headphones that connect via Bluetooth, O QCC3026. One of the guarantees of this new SoC is that it will have a 50% lower consumption compared to previous models, so we can expect longer battery life or a gadget that offers more without reducing its recharge usage.
O QCC3026 also brings other features such as Bluetooth 5.0, Bluetooth Low Energy and Dual–mode Bluetooth This chipset has already been used in its first OPPO O-Free headset. Even though O-Free is a little expensive, 699 (~ $ 106), other cheaper headsets should arrive with SoC.
