There are many applications that perform this service. One of the best Online Privacy Shield, which has a Portuguese version and can be downloaded for free from the Google Play Store (link at the end of this article). This app will search for apps that have access to your online accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google, Dropbox, Flickr, among others) on your smartphone or tablet.
<div class=

When opening the Online Privacy Shield, you can choose the account you want to verify. The app will then do a search and show which apps have account access (I chose my Google account as an example):

To block access for any app, just click Revoke in red, just below the app name. Your permissions will be revoked and you can still tell the reason and share the information with other users. Also, you can confirm the rights of the app by clicking the green Trust button.

The best of Online Privacy Shield is that it does not collect your data while cleaning. With it, I discovered that 7 apps had access to my Google account information, including Pocket, which I had already deleted after a test. By clicking on the application from the list you can also see in detail the permissions granted. To add another account, you must pay for the service or share the app link with friends. If they download Online Privacy Shield, you get the free service.

In the case of Facebook, there is the extra option of blocking app access from friends to your account, individually or in block, an extremely useful function in these intrusive app times.
