Moto G4 Plus wins mode of use with one hand on Android Nougat

It won't come as a surprise to any user if the Moto G4 Plus gets the Andoid 7.0 Nougat in the coming weeks, even before manufacturers who had early access to the OS, such as Sony and LG. Numerous users who are testing the draft version of the system on their device are sharing with AndroidPIT the news implemented with each beta update. The good news this time is the reduced screen mode.

The reduced screen mode, or one-handed mode, cannot be considered a "killer" novelty for the Moto G4 Plus, mainly because other manufacturers have relied on this feature on some of their devices for some time. Moto Z and Moto Z Play also offer this possibility.

The one-handed option has become an increasingly useful feature for users, especially those who need to handle devices with screens above 5.5 inches. No way, there comes a time that I need to appeal to the resource in order to rest a little hands.

The new command is available at Moto Aes, which is responsible for managing the intelligent commands of Motorola software. When enabled, the user must slide his finger outside the screen to reduce it to about 4 inches. The user can center the screen, leaving it on the right side (image above) or left.

Motorola also reports that occasional multitasking and notification center corrections are present in this beta release. At this rate, users of this device can be given the final version within a few weeks, or even days. We are in the crowd!

Do you find the function to use the screen with one hand useful? Does your Android have this feature?
