How to use the Gov.br Portal? See all you can do on the site | Productivity

Gov.br Portal is the new government portal that seeks to facilitate access to public services. Launched last Thursday (22), the site is in beta so that users can give suggestions for improvements and it is assumed that by December 2020 all sites of the Federal Government will be integrated in Gov.br.

Within the portal, it is possible to find services aimed at citizens, companies and agencies and public institutions. Features include INSS consultation options, transit services, and New Pension information. Check below how to use the portal Gov.br.

Step 1. On the Government portal homepage (gov.br), select the "Access your gov.br account" option on the left side of the screen;

Step 2. Then, to create a new account, press "Create your account";

Step 3. Enter your details such as social security number, full name, mobile phone and email. Then, check the "I'm not a robot" and "I accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy" checkboxes. Proceed to "Continue";

Step 4. To continue registration, validate your data by correctly informing your date of birth. Select "Continue";

Step 5. You will need to enable your account to proceed. You can choose to receive an email or code by SMS to continue the registration. Choose one of the options and select "Continue". In this example the option "By Email" was selected;

Step 6. Access your email, if it is your choice, and enter your account activation link sent by gov.br. The link is valid only for 15 minutes, and after the expiration of the time it is necessary to make a new resubmission request;

Step 7. To finalize the registration you will need to re-enter your CPF and create a new password. The portal suggests that the password has uppercase, lowercase characters, numbers and special characters. Then confirm in "Create Password".

Step 1. Return to the Government Portal homepage and go back to the "Access your gov.br account" option;

Step 2. In the "Enter your Social Security Number" field, enter your personal registration number. Then press the "Next" button;

Step 3. Enter your previously created password and select "Login". The portal will be automatically redirected to your account.

Step 1. Select the three horizontal stripes in the upper left corner of the page to open the website side menu and check the available services;

Step 2. Go to "Services", the first item in the list;

Step 5. In "Services by Target Audience", you can find the services separated by citizens, companies, agencies and public entities and other segments;
