Tinder launched on Tuesday (3), a feature that promises to increase the chances of getting matches in the application. Called "Match Time", the function is to be a kind of alert and warn users when the app has high activity rates. The news is available for iPhone (iOS) and Android phones, but only in some Brazilian cities, such as So Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Salvador. Other locations should receive the appeal soon.

According to Tinder, the platform records up to 15 times more intense movement during peak activity. Match Time is activated precisely at these times: the app will warn everyone that the time is right to open their profile and start searching for matches.

According to the company, with so many people active in Tinder, the chances of matching increase by 250%. This means that users can start a conversation with some 33% faster. To receive alerts, I need to turn on push notifications for the app on my mobile phone. The simple procedure: On the Tinder home page, go to settings and scroll down to "Notifications."
Check out the list below for cities where Match Time is already available. The feature will be expanded gradually to other regions.
