Entrepreneurs also talked about the importance of being quick in answering user questions. To make a good impression and help reach new consumers, WhatsApp Business lets you create ready-made texts to streamline customer service. The ready answers feature prevents you from having to manually type long messages, such as menus and price tables, with each request. Through commands that you register yourself in the app, the sentences are typed automatically, in order to speed up attendance and avoid delayed responses.

4. Create automatic messages
During the presentation, WhatsApp stressed that it is important to use the automatic messaging feature to prevent customers from waiting for a long reply. The app allows you to send automatic texts, even during off-hours, to warn about the absence and the anticipated attendance. In the message, you can indicate the day or time when the conversation will resume, or a greeting phrase to let you know that business is available and that the customer will be served shortly. This gives the entrepreneur a chance to start the conversation in a friendly manner.
