We have already advanced that the European models of iPhones 11 and 11 Pro would be those marketed by Apple here in Brazil because these models support bands 3, 7 and 28, used by Brazilian carriers to offer the 4G and "4,5G".
Well, Ma and the National Telecommunications Agency were fast: the model A2215 (iPhone 11 Pro Europe and Asia) has already been approved by the agency, as reported by the Mobile Penguins.
This is the first time the iPhone was homologated before sales began in the United States last year, it happened three days after the sale of the device.
Here is the certificate of technical compliance of the device:
Photos of the model sent to Anatel, however, are not yet available.
As a result, it is very likely that the iPhones 11 and 11 Pro Max are also in the hands of the agency being evaluated for their certificates to be issued.
IPhones 11, 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max have been pre-sold in several countries since September 13 and will hit stores on the 20th (next Friday).
Brazil is not part of this first wave but, because of the speed of the start of the approval process, it is quite possible that, soon, it is already being traded here traditionally, Apple starts selling the device in the country before the end of the year.
Update 9/18/2019 15:08
O iPhone 11, model A2221 (as expected, the same European / Asian model), was also today homologated by Anatel.
Here is the device's Certificate of Approval:
Now it's a matter of time until the iPhone 11 Pro Max paint on the agency system, too.
