Enlight Pixaloop is a photo editing app for Android and iPhone (iOS) phones that lets you create photos that move with effects on water and sky. The tool also has a gallery of animated objects that can be inserted over the photo. In the end, a video is generated and can be saved in the mobile gallery or shared on social networks. Most features are free, but some functions are paid for and require a subscription that costs $ 14.90 per month or $ 74.90 for the annual plan.
In the following tutorial, check out how to use the Enlight Pixaloop app to create photos that move on your phone. The procedure was performed on an iPhone XR with iOS 13, but the tips also apply to devices with the Google system.
