Xiaomi has announced a new version of one of the world's most popular wearables, the Mi Band. HRX Edition brings even more autonomy and improvements in exercise tracking.
The new version has 10% more autonomy (from 20 to 23 days) and has IP67 water and dust resistance. Other specs include low power bluetooth 4.0 connectivity, 7 grams weight (without the strap) and a 0.42 "OLED screen that displays notifications.
Like previous models, the wristband synchronizes with the smartphone, and can display notifications received, call alerts and also sending data collected such as sleeping hours or exercises.
Unfortunately not everything was improvements: the heart rate sensor, something that is included in the Mi Band 2, was left out. One advantage of the line was maintained: the aggressive price. The fitness bracelet was launched in India for INR 1,299, equivalent to $ 20.
