New filter can move forward or backward a few years of life in real time using the camera phone
Snapchat is a social app where your users post photos and videos to share funny and casual moments. To aid in the creation of these contents, of course, the program offers a number of functions, which use augmented reality with the camera phone to create special effects.
In turn, this Thursday, November 21, Snapchat made available the lens of the time machine to rejuvenate or age its users in real time with the camera phone. Here's how to use the Snapchat time machine lens.
Snapchat's new lens is available to anyone using the app on Android or iOS (iPhone system). However, as this is new, the lens may not yet appear for all users as it depends on a release of the platform to be used.
Using the Snapchat Time Machine Lens
Snapchat's new lens is simple to use and your result can still be saved for sharing on other social networks. Check out:
1. Go to Google Play or the App Store and update Snapchat to the latest available version;
2. Open the app normally and tap the ?Emoji? icon next to the photo button;
3. Locate the ?Time Machine? lens icon, which represents the face of a baby and a person, and position the camera for yourself or the desired person. Then touch the lens icon to take a picture or, if you prefer, hold the icon to record a video.
After you have taken the photo or recorded a video, the created content is ready to be shared on Snapchat. However, you can also use the "Save" option so that the file is in the "Photo and Video Gallery" of your device so that it can be shared on other social networks.
Ready! Now you know how to use the Snapchat time machine lens to get a little younger or older.
