Users of Google's email service, Gmail, faced late in the afternoon and early last night with difficulties trying to access the service.
For some, the service was loaded, but very slowly. In others, access was totally denied.
Apparently, most users who faced the problem made use of connections provided by Telefónica.
Below, the official note released by the company:
We know that millions of users have chosen Gmail as their messaging platform. We were informed that a small percentage of customers from some ISPs experienced difficulty accessing the service earlier this evening. Our engineering teams are working with these partners to solve the problem and our information that the service has been completely restored. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.
