How to turn Twitter black on Android by turning on dark mode | Social networks

Making Twitter black on Android is now possible by enabling dark mode. With the news, which was already available for iPhone (iOS) users a few months ago, the social network lets you define a black theme instead of white or dark blue. The function is useful for those who use the app before bed, avoiding eye irritation with the clarity of the phone screen, as well as completely turning off some screen pixels on phones with OLED and AMOLED screens and help save battery.

In the following tutorial, check out how to use the new dark theme options from the Twitter app for Android. The procedure was performed on a Moto G7 Play with Android 9.0 (Pie), but the tips also apply to other devices with the Google system. You need to have the latest version of the app installed on your phone to know how to update your apps.
