10th generation of Intel H series processors surpasses the 5 GHz speed barrier

Intel today announced its new range of tenth generation processors, from the H-Series notebook family, and its main highlight is the speed to overcome the 5.3 GHz barrier in the i9 range. Today, different manufacturers have also unveiled new laptops based on the new processor, such as Asus, with its ROG line, highlighting the crown jewel Zephyrus Duo 15, but also Acer with its Tritron and Nitro ranges.

The manufacturer claims that the new processors internally support Wi-Fi 6, Thunderbolt 3 technology, 4K HDR video, AI-regulated performance, in addition to a new CPU and GPU architecture designed for entertainment and productivity. The best that users do not need to opt for the high-end i9 processor to get the maximum juice, since the i7 range also offers 5.1 GHz speed in a single core.

According to Engadget, the processor still has some more treats, such as the Thermal Velocity Boost system, which allows to increase the clock speed up to 200 MHz, if the CPU temperature is below 65, in the i7 and i9 variants. The processor also has different overcloacking and speed optimization tools, for when you need to perform more demanding tasks.
