Apple today made a subtle but noticeable change in the App Store: all buttons "Free" are now shown as "Get" and the change was made worldwide (in the United States, for example, "Free" turned "Get"). The company hasn't announced anything about it, but it most likely has to do with the mess caused by apps freemium, which can be downloaded for free but contain paid internal items. Paid apps / games continue to show their price on the button, as always.
