From the news blog Drexel University:
Providing a solution for students who do not want to carry a laptop while traveling late from their dormitory or off-campus residences to the library, Drexel has implemented a kiosk self-service 24 hours located in its Hagerty Library that offers MacBooks to students, teachers and employees. Drexel is the third university on the East Coast to launch an ATM, which supports up to 12 MacBooks which can be rented for free by anyone with a Drexel ID, for up to five hours of use.
Excellent initiative, practical and very safe. For now they only have one box, but with the thing going, it is possible that more kiosks will be installed on campus. (Daring Fireball)
